RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Geoz Design reserves the right to cancel any order at any time for whatever reason, in which case all payments will be refunded.
All products are individually checked before dispatch to ensure correct functionality and high quality. Geoz Design is not responsible for any damage which occurs once products have let the studio, including during transport.
We DO NOT accept returns and exchanges.
LEAD TIMES
Geoz Design products are made to order.
Our standard lead time is 48 hours if product is in stock.
The lead time for out of stock products are 10 to 12 weeks from when payment has been made. The lead time may be longer for larger/custom orders.
Lead times are to be understood as an estimate and commence upon payment receipt.
Every effort will be made in order to provide the goods within the given lead times, delays do not constitute a breach of contract.
SHIPPING INFO
We ship worldwide including Asia, North America, Europe and Oceania.
We use Australia Post with tracking number.
Domestic shipping is free of charge.
International shipping cost is calculated based on the total weight of the item you are purchasing and the area you are delivering to.
Geoz Design is not liable for any shipping or delivery delays.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
All duties and charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
Geoz Design is not responsible for any customs fees.
Care instructions
Clean up spills immediately with a dry cloth, do not let liquids sit on the surface as this may stain and discolour the product.
Avoid using detergents or solvents to clean the products.
Wipe off any dust with a soft dry cloth.
Avoid placing the light in contact with direct sunlight, excessive heat, humidity and moisture.
